The founder's content calendar that runs itself

The reason founder content dies is almost never creative. It is operational: the founder is the bottleneck, and without a system, output depends on motivation — which is not a plan.
Batch the capture
Block one ninety-minute session a fortnight. In it, the founder talks through five or six prompts on camera or into a recorder. That raw material is a month of posts before any editing happens.
Separate making from posting
A small team — or one editor — turns the raw session into clips, carousels and written posts, schedules them, and handles first-hour engagement. The founder never touches the calendar; they only feed it.
Anchor to pillars
Three or four themes tied to what you sell keep the content coherent and the prompts easy. The system's whole job is to make consistency the default instead of an act of willpower.
